Unique holiday

How do I place a booking ?

We would ask that you place your booking:

  • Either directly on our website (real time availability and secure payment),
  • Or by contacting our sales team at +33 (0)3 85 53 76 60.

We will ask you for:

  • A 40% down payment when booking to confirm your reservation
  • The remaining balance for your stay needs to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date.

If your booking is made less than one month before your arrival, we will request that you pay the full amount for your stay when booking.

When you make a booking request, we will send you:

  • An option, valid for 7 days.
  • A booking confirmation will then be sent once the down payment has been made
  • A confirmation voucher will be sent to you when we receive the balance. You need to keep this document, as it serves as confirmation of your booking. You will also find the practical information relating to your booking on this document.
  • A summary of the services available in the village will be sent to you 7 days before you arrive.

What does my booking include ?

Your booking includes:

  • the rental of your accommodation,
  • utilities (water-electricity),
  • bed sheets are provided and beds are made before you arrive,
  • bathroom towels are also provided (one bath towel per person, and a bath mat).
  • Toiletries can be found in the bathroom* (soap, shampoo, shower gel)
  • a welcome kit will be in the kitchen*: with a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, a bottle of washing-up liquid, a bin liner and a box of matches. You will also find a dishcloth in the kitchen.

What payment methods are accepted ?

We accept payment by bank card (Visa or Mastercard), bank cheque, bank transfer (national or international), ANCV holiday vouchers or cash.
(Note: cash payment is only accepted as payment for the extras on site).

Requirements for all bookings

For all firm bookings, you must provide an email address and a telephone number where we can reach you, including on the day of your arrival. We must be able to contact you if needed.

You must also confirm the number of people so that we can provide the right amount of bed linen and bathroom towels.

Do you accept group bookings ?

Our offers are also adapted to group reservations. You can contact us at +33 (0)3 85 53 76 60 to confirm what you need, and we will send a quote that matches your expectations as best we can.

Capacity of the lodgings

Our accommodation options have a maximum number of people that should not be exceeded (including babies), mainly for insurance purposes.

This information can be found on our website for each accommodation option as well as on your quote.

The exact number of people should be confirmed before you arrive (for the provision of bed linen and bath towels).

Can I choose where my accommodation is located ?

On our website you will find a map of the Village with all the buildings and different accommodation options, as well as their numbers or names.

You can tell us your preferences before you arrive, by email or telephone.
We will do our utmost to ensure that you get the accommodation you requested, but we cannot guarantee that.

Can I change my booking ?

Yes, you can change your booking, subject to availability.
For any changes, a 15€ administrative fee will be charged, and a written notification will be requested.

Warning, there will be no refunds should you opt for a cheaper alternative.

Are sheets provided?

YES, bed linen and towels are provided.
Final cleaning is included in the price (except kitchen area and rubbish bins).

What to pack in my suitcase?

A swimming costume and sun cream.
We recommend that you bring towels for the pool.
A torch if you want to walk around the site after dark.
Walking shoes or rubber boots for walking in the morning dew.
A camera (especially if you want to take part in our photo competition).
And above all, don’t forget … your smile and your good humour! 😊

Do you offer breakfast?

YES, on site or to take away: €9 per adult and €6.50 per child (under 12).
And at Village Toue des Demoiselles, you can also have it delivered to your accommodation: €11.50 per adult and €7.50 per child (under 12).
Opening times: from 8.30am to 10am

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and, on the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest.

ATTENTION, don’t forget to contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you expect to arrive after 7 p.m. so that we can organise your arrival together.

Can we arrive before 4pm?

YES, it is possible to arrive a little earlier to take advantage of communal areas such as the swimming pool or playground.

The communal toilets and showers are accessible throughout the day. It is therefore possible to access them before collecting the keys to your accommodation.

However, accommodation can only be collected after 4pm.

Is the accommodation heated?

YES, all our accommodation is equipped with heating.

You will find more details in the equipment tab for each accommodation.

Where can I park my car?

Each of our villages has a private car park at the entrance to the site.

The car park is free and you can park your vehicle there for the duration of your stay (no need to reserve).

Where can I find an inventory of the equipment available in my accommodation?

You will find a detailed inventory of the equipment available in your accommodation and its composition in the “equipment” tab of each accommodation.
We take particular care to ensure that everything in your accommodation is complete, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you find that one or more items are missing on your arrival.

Do you offer catering?

Yes, we offer dinner baskets, but only on reservation at LEAST 24 HOURS in advance: Basket at 15€ per adult and 10€ per child (up to 12 years old), and basket above at 25€.

A catering outlet will also be available on Saturday evenings and school holiday evenings. Subject to availability, further information on 03.85.53.76.60.
Opening times 6.30pm – 9pm.

Are there any additional costs to pay on site?

The price indicated on your quotation includes the cost of your stay and any services booked at the time of reservation.

Depending on your destination village, a tourist tax will be payable on site (per day, per person aged 18 and over).

A deposit of €500 may be required on arrival (cheque or bank transfer).

Can I book a TOUE CABANEE with children?

Of course! Children love adventure and will be delighted to stay in a Toue at anchor, accessible by boat.
We’ll provide the boat, oars and lifejackets for the whole family.

Is there Internet access?

If you have a subscription, you can use it without any problem, as the 4G network is good throughout the site.
Our Wifi is available free of charge around reception.

Is there a bar?

Yes, there is a bar at reception.
It is open during reception opening hours, from 8.30am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm.
It is often open a little later in the evening, particularly when the restaurant is open.

Is the pool accessible all the time?

It is open every day from 9.30am to 7pm.
The swimming pool is open all season if it is covered, or depending on the weather if it is outside.
You’ll find the type of pool in the “Things to see / Things to do” tab for each village.

What activities are available on site?

On site, you’ll find: a bar (open during reception opening hours), a children’s play area, a communal room with books, board games, television…, animals…
Details of these activities can be found in the ‘Things to see / Things to do’ tab for each village.
You’ll also find a list of the options on offer in the ‘options / extras’ section below.

What extras/options are available?

Breakfast (eat-in or takeaway): €9 per adult and €6.50 per child (under 12). Opening times: from 8.30am to 10am.

Packed lunch (reservations required at LEAST 24 HOURS in advance): €15 per adult and €10 per child (under 12) or €25 for a larger basket.

Catering available on Saturday evenings and school holiday evenings. Subject to availability – (it is advisable to book your table in advance).

Sauna or Spa

Pet supplement: €5/night per pet (up to €20 for long stays).

Adult bike hire: €12 per half-day or €20 per day

Children’s bike hire: €7 per half-day or €10 per day

Room hire available from 12pm to 3pm and/or from 7pm to 10.30pm, except Saturday evenings and evenings during school holidays: €30

Baby kit hire: €5/day (supplement capped at €20 for long stays)

These options should be booked in advance. Times and availability to be confirmed with the village 24 to 48 hours before your arrival.

Do I have to clean the accommodation before handing over the keys?

Final cleaning is included. However, we will ask you to clean the kitchen area (if your accommodation has one) and empty the rubbish bins.
