How does making a reservation work at Toue des Demoiselles ?
We ask you to make a reservation or directly on our website (availability is real time and secured payment), or you can contact our reservation department +33 38 55 37 660. We ask you to pay a down payment of 40% at the moment of reservation to confirm your reservation, and the remaining part one month before arrival. If the moment of your reservation is within a month of your arrival date, we ask you to pay the total amount of your stay. We will send you a price offer (valid 7 days), a confirmation when we receive the down payment and a voucher when we receive the remaining part, accompanied with an access map, practical information and the facilities on-site. The voucher will be asked when you arrive at the reception.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer (national or international). Thank you for noting the number and name of your reservation.
What is included exactly in my reservation?
Your reservation includes the rental of your accommodation, charges (water-electricity), bedlinen and the beds are made and towels are provided (one big and one small towel per person and a bath mat). Bathroom products are in the bathroom* (soap, shampoo, shower gel) and a welcoming package in the kitchen with toilet paper, a sponge, washing-up liquid, garbage bag and matches. There is also a towel in the kitchen. (*for the accommodations that dispose this service)
Do we have to be prepared for any additional costs on site?
The price indicated on the price offer is the amount of your stay and options reserved for during your stay. On site we ask you to pay the tourist tax, 0,40€ per person per night from 13 years.
What do we put in our luggage?
We advise you to take towels for the pool with you. A torch if you want to make a walk on site in the evening, and walking shoes and/or boots when it’s humid.
Can I come with more people?
Our accommodations all have a maximum of persons allowed and are not allowed to be exceeded (of course for your safety and insurance). You can find this information on our website and on your reservation confirmation.
Can I choose the location of my accommodation?
On our website you can find a map of the Village with all its facilities, the accommodations and their number/name. If you have a preference we ask you to contact us before your arrival, by phone or email. We will do our best to give you the accommodation that is asked, or at least close to your preference.
Where can I find an inventory of the equipment in my accommodation?
At you arrival you will receive a detailed inventory list of the kitchen, cleaning and available material in your accommodation. We will do our best that everything is complete on your arrival, but don’t hesitate to contact us when something is missing. If you would like to receive the inventory list before arrival please contact us.
What time can I arrive and what time do I have to leave my accommodation?
You can arrive from 16h the day of arrival and we ask you to leave the key of your accommodation at the reception before 11h. Of course it is possible to arrive earlier and enjoy the playground and/or swimming pool while you wait until your accommodation is ready. The day of your departure you can also stay a couple of hours longer.
Is there heating in the accommodations?
All our accommodations are provided with electric heating in the living room and bathroom. (for the accommodation that have these two facilities)
