Please note that the booking option is valid for 7 days. Once this period has elapsed and in the absence of payment, it will be automatically cancelled and the accommodation will be released for rental.

a booking made through a third party, the booking confirmation voucher with the booking number must be presented in order to make the booking. If the gift voucher is not presented, in the absence of proof, the rental charge must be paid in full in order to obtain the keys (subject to availability).
Any refund of the hire charge will be processed once the correct documents have been found, subject to a handling fee of €15 (inc. VAT).

Those wishing to offer a reservation as a gift must pay the full price of the service required at the time of reservation or purchase of the gift voucher. Gift vouchers can be purchased by telephone, by email or from our gift shop.

Please note that for all firm bookings, customers must provide a telephone number or e-mail address where they can be contacted, including on the day of arrival.

6 – Prices

Our prices are inclusive of all taxes (excluding any tourist tax). Only the rates shown on the “rates” tab of our website are binding.
Our prices include the rental of the accommodation and its equipment, utilities (water, electricity, heating), bed linen (beds are made on arrival), towels and access to free leisure activities on site.
Our prices do not include personal consumption (breakfast, picnics, packed lunches, various supplements, rentals, etc.), access to paying leisure activities, the deposit and tourist tax.

Rates and special financial provisions
Prices of accommodation and services The applicable prices are those shown on the website of our online reservation centre. All dates available for hire are shown. Rates may be changed at any time by the company without prior notice. In the event of a change in rates, any reservation already made and validated by the payment of a deposit remains firm and subject to the conditions defined at the time the reservation was made: no change in the price of a reservation made prior to a change in rates may be taken into account, whether to the advantage or disadvantage of the customer.

Promotions are effective from their date of validity on our website. Under no circumstances are these promotions retroactive or valid after their expiry date.
Special offers cannot be combined with each other or with permanent offers.

It is preferable to book options in advance.
Accommodation capacity and occupant categories Each accommodation has a maximum capacity that is clearly defined on the website of our online booking centre. When you make your reservation, you must correctly enter the actual number of adults, children and babies who will be occupying the accommodation. For obvious safety and insurance reasons, we ask you to respect this number of declared occupants (including babies). The company reserves the right to check the number and age of occupants at any time if it suspects that this rule is not being observed.

Final cleaning of accommodation We want to offer our customers clean accommodation on arrival. This is why cleaning is included in the price (except for the kitchen area, where the dishes must be washed and the bins emptied), unlike many rental sites. However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that we take responsibility for cleaning accommodation that has been used in NORMAL conditions of hygiene and respect for the equipment.
If we find that the accommodation has been returned in an abnormally dirty condition and requires cleaning that takes longer than usual, you will be invoiced at the rate of €50 inc. tax/hour for the extra hours spent cleaning.

Changes to your booking, date or type of accommodation made by the company If necessary, and only in exceptional cases that cannot be arranged otherwise, we reserve the right to change your booking for a stay in an unusual accommodation. This change can only be made to your advantage, either by offering you accommodation on the same date at at least the same price, if not higher, or by offering you the possibility of staying on the planned date in accommodation at a lower price but with compensation, or by offering you another date of stay. This compensation can take 3 different forms, which we leave up to you to choose from:

  • you accept the change of accommodation and we will refund the difference in price if the new accommodation is at a lower rate than the one you paid,
  • or you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund of the sums you have already paid,
  • or you can change your arrival date and enjoy your accommodation at another time without incurring any change fees
