Your journey starts when you step on board! Your cabin may be moored so you can step straight on, or it might be floating in the middle of a lake, in which case, our shuttle boat will take you!
Our over-water cabin is a converted wooden boat that was once used for river transport in the Loire Valley. We’ve taken a piece of our river‘s history and created an eco-friendly, luxurious holiday home – 100% Made in France!
The over-water cabin is comfortable, unusual and an original alternative to traditional holiday accommodation. Its warm wooden interior offers both privacy and an uninterrupted view of nature. A guaranteed change of scenery!
The cabin is furnished and equipped like a junior suite in a 4-star hotel. This 25m² wooden holiday home sleeps 2 people.
On board is a double bed, a sofa, and a single pullout bed. We’ve also fitted a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen for your comfort. You’ll feel right at home but with a much-needed change of scenery.
There’s also a terrace where you can relax on the gentle, calm water.
Our village is ideally situated between Auvergne and Burgundy We have a beautiful lake where you may spot a Demoiselle dragonfly – where the village gets its name. The site has been classified a Natura 2000 protected area.
Nearby are the volcanoes of Auvergne and the magnificent vineyards of Burgundy. As close to nature as you can get.
For those thrill-seeking families, we have the animal theme park Le Pal, just a 35-minute drive away. The village itself, meanwhile, has a heated swimming pool and hot tub boat!
